During my many years spent wearing out pencils and charcoal at various art academies in Belgium, I was mostly engrossed in nudes and portraits. My interest got piqued by contemporary artists such as Chagall, Magritte and Dali. Dali’s work in particular inspired many ideas and has influenced my creative process.
Presently, I am in a phase of exploring popculture and the far-flung frontiers of our existential experience through my digital art. Some of my most recent work pays homage to the titans of the Cryptoverse, including Max Keiser (Max “Scarceface” Montana), Cathie Wood (American Success) and Michael Saylor (Diamond Mike, the Saylorman). Other works revolve around the pinnacles of human ingenuity and achievement (see the “Hello World” moon landing series).
